As an Administration Officer, you will support the day-to-day function of Energy Ahead by providing general administrative support and ensuring Household Energy Efficient Packs are distributed to clients in a timely manner. This role is part of the Financial Wellbeing Collective (FWC).

The FWC is an industry leading collaborative network providing an ecosystem of integrated and person-centred services to reduce the drivers and impacts of financial hardship in the WA community. The Energy Ahead program is a project of the FWC led by Anglicare WA and it leads the delivery of the Scheme across the South West Interconnected System where Synergy supplies customers with electricity. Energy Ahead aims to assist up to 9,000 households experiencing financial hardship in the SWIS to improve energy literacy, reduce energy consumption and bills, connect to appropriate energy and complementary services and support, and identify and remove barriers to accessing energy efficient appliances, technologies and goods.

This role is a maximum term, part-time (0.6FTE) position until 30 June 2025. It can be 3 full days, or spread over 5 days. A Tuesday based at East Perth office would be preferable.


What you will bring!

You are a passionate individual who is driven to deliver a quality service for our clients. To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Certificate III qualification in community services, business administration, or related discipline and/or relevant experience.
  • Data entry experience and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed computer skills (MS Word, MS Outlook, client management system).
  • Ability to be flexible, demonstrate initiative and work effectively under pressure in a team environment

The successful candidate possess a current National Police Clearance.

•    $62,812 - 68,538 per annum pro rata + 11% super
•    In addition to your remuneration, you will enjoy generous tax-free salary packaging benefits where you can package up to $15,900 per annum and not pay tax on that amount
•    Additional 3 days (pro-rata) leave per year
