About the role:
Our award-winning Fundraising and Philanthropy team have an exciting opportunity for a Fundraising Administrator to join on a full-time, permanent basis!
Known internally as the Supporter Care Administrator, this role provides industry leading levels of supporter care whilst providing exceptional administrative support to help achieve overall fundraising goals.
We are looking for a friendly and reliable individual with a confident phone manner and passion for customer service!
Reporting to the Supporter Care Manager, you will:
- Process high volumes of donations via mail, online and phone with efficiency and accuracy
- Manage supporter enquiries via phone and email
- Build strong supporter relationships, problem solving and negotiation handling
- Be responsible for maintaining database integrity by ensuring supporter records are 100% accurate
- Provide administrative assistance to the wider fundraising team as and when required
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous financial or data entry experience with high degree of accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
