Administration Officer -
Green Spaces and Environment you will make a difference daily by providing general administrative support across the team. Key responsibilities will include writing emails, answering phone calls, database management and monitoring of the shared inbox. You will report directly to the Manager
Green Spaces and Environment and work collaboratively with the Urban Forest and City Presentation, Sportsfields and Reserves, Biodiversity and Waste teams, facilitating success on a service delivery.This is a full-time permanent role based predominantly at the Operations Centre, but we can offer hybrid working arrangements and flexible work options for the right candidate.This is a Band 4 classified role, remuneration will be $71,212.94 - $75,849.47 (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.What you will need to thriveThe key selection criteria for this role are:
- Secondary level education with qualifications in an appropriate discipline and/or demonstrated experience in administration and office procedures.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills together with proven intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and associated products, with the ability to learn other software applications.
- General knowledge of operation centre practices and systems would be well regarded.
- To be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work as a part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to be responsive and to deliver on promises and expectations.
