Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are currently seeking Administration Officer (Inventory) to join our Sunshine Coast Branch, located in Mooloolaba. This is a full-time position and a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, expanding national company.
About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager the duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all product movements are captured and monitored, specifically received, put away, replenished, picked & loaded in accordance with the process including random weights
- Data entry
- Daily check customer backorders and history.
- Coordinate all buy-ins to ensure accurate receipting, putaway, pick packing, and timely despatch.
- Assist Operations and Warehouse Manager as required
- Manage Staff Enquiries- stock checks for orders, liaise with sales for substitutes
- Review and monitor driver return credits, analyse and investigate trends
All about you
The successful applicant will possess:
- 1-3 years experience in an Administration role, a background within the Warehousing, and Logistics Space will hold you in very good stead
- Computer savvy
- An outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to priorities work
- Knowledge and positive attitude to the workplace and personal safety.
- LF (Forklift licence is preferred but not essential)
