Our client is one of the largest councils in Australia, which provides community services and facilities for a growing population. They are looking to engage an Administration officer for the Corporate Customer Experience team. This is a temporary contract and the role is based in the south of Brisbane.
Your new role
Provide high quality administrative support to the Corporate Customer Experience Team.
- Produce, on request, letters, reports, minutes of meetings, and any other documents as directed
- Provide high quality internal and external customer service via personal contact or via the telephone
- Make appointments and meeting times for staff
- Management and maintenance of the Corporate Customer Experience intranet page and appropriate publishing of documentation/information
- Process online registrations
- Complete the monthly customer satisfaction surveys
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy work environment
Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures, as well as demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to adapt to new software applications.
The ability to provide excellent customer service
A high degree of literacy and numeracy is essential, including excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
Basic organisational skills with an ability, under direction, to prioritise activities to meet deadlines
