We are looking for a committed Administration Officer to join our office team to support our Sales and Marketing Manager and staff.
The role involves:
- staying on top of enquiries via email, phone and in-person contact with advertising companies and assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager and team with administrative support
- having confidence and competence with computer software (training for our system provided)
- being responsible for ensuring advertisements are appropriate, approved and placed on time by liaising with external advertisers and internal staff
- managing marketing material, merchandise and stock levels, following the correct procedures to ensure that orders are placed on time and to see that BDM staff have sufficient supplies at all times, including preparation of stock for shows and events.
Other important parts of this role are:
- supporting the Office team by processing customer orders, website orders, taking phone calls and responding to emails from customers, following the proper procedures to submit orders into our ordering system
- having excellent filing and record keeping skills (physical and digital)
- maintaining and adhering to relevant ISO Quality Assurance policies and procedures
