Job Connect are working with an exceptionally successful National company who are seeking a relief Customer Service Officer to assist their administration team in the Swanbank area for a minimum of 3 months.
An Ideal Customer Service Administrator will possess experience in office based Administration:
Tasks include (but not limited to)
- Assisting in Payroll
- Plant/equipment time entry
- Invoicing
- Tracking workshop jobs in the in house system, raising work orders.
- Ordering fuel, PPE and parts
- Filing
- Creating and receipting purchase orders etc.
- Managing spreadsheets for data such as labour hire hours, subcontractor plant hours etc.
- Reconciling financial data
- Assist with the End of Month reporting
Experience on Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word etc

8:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday
