Providing administrative and clerical support to the manager and team, to facilitate the proficient operation of the service. Providing timely and accurate administrative and transactional services for members of the health care team in the service.
If you have:
- Excellent communication skills, including accurate spelling, good comprehension, good verbal skills and the ability to deal courteously with people at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheet, database and email software, preferably Microsoft Office suite
- Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment
