About the role
This is a full-time contract opportunity until 30th June 2024 working 35hours/ week, and will based in Dubbo
opportunity for ongoing work post June 30th
This role provides administration support to the team responsible for case management when a child or young person enters Uniting’s care
In this role you will need to meet funding and performance requirements, ethical and professional standards, administer data and knowledge management systems and provide agile support to the team as required

About Uniting’s Permanency Support Program
The Permanency Support Program (PSP) aims to give every child/young person a loving home, whether that be with parents, family, extended family or through guardianship, adoption or quality long term care
We provide culturally supported placement options for children and young people 0-18 years of age
PSP also provides a ‘light touch’ Aftercare service for young people 18-25 years who have left foster care and for the next 4 years will collaborate with Uniting’s Extended Care Pilot program team to provide holistic support to young people using the Advantage Thinking approach.
About you
Professional
Collaborative team player
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Strong experience in development and implementation of office systems and procedures
Proficient in accounts payable, accounts receivable and ability to understand financial, planning and funding processes.
Accurate word processing and presentation skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proven organisational skills and the ability to multi-task with attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Excellent telephone and inter-personal manner
Hold a current NSW WWCC
Technology savvy
Flexible
