Addiction and Mental Health Services delivers a broad range of specialist addiction and mental health services within the Metro South catchment. Focusing on those in our region who are experiencing, or at risk of developing, severe and complex emotional, behavioural, mental health and/or substance use problems, our innovative services are provided by multidisciplinary teams with a broad mix of skills, knowledge & professional backgrounds who work across the life span, from children & adolescents to adult & older adults.

About the Role
The purpose of this role is to contribute to patient flow by performing an administrative support role within a multidisciplinary setting.
Respond to enquiries, provide information, assistance, and an intermediate level of administrative and secretarial support to consumers/carers, visitors, and staff, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at all times to facilitate effective service delivery within a Mental Health setting.
