About the Role:

Are you an experienced administrator with a talent for efficiency and organisation? We're looking for a person who has what it takes to support our team to deliver exceptional services to key stakeholders.

We are currently looking for an Administration Officer who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, to join the friendly and supportive Renal Dialysis Unit. You will be values-driven, have a friendly personality and be a team player.

About You:

You will understand Metro South Health's values, have a genuine desire to join our team, share our purpose to deliver quality healthcare everyday to our community.

You will contribute to our team with your passion and expertise in administration with the ability to:

• excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in handling a wide range of enquiries and providing excellent customer service, and the ability to use their empathy and discretion related to sensitive situations
• well-developed negotiation, conflict resolution, relationship building and influencing skills
• strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise workloads during busy periods
• Capability to work autonomously and within a team-environment, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
