About the role:
The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate and ensure all revenue activities are actioned in an effective and efficient manner. The Administration Officer Revenue is to provide efficient and effective customer service aimed at developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensible systems and processes that enable patients to exercise their option to be treated as a non-public patient.
About you:
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Experience in accounts receivable and cash handling.
- Demonstrated knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire sound knowledge of the provisions of relevant Policy, Procedures, Legislation or Directive, which relates to patient eligibility, billing and Private Practice arrangements.
- Demonstrated high standard of communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to consult and negotiate with patients, external agencies and a wide range of health personnel.
Salary information:
Total remuneration value of up to $110,852 p.a. is comprised of:
- A salary between $44.47 - $49.00 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
