Due to recent internal promotion this Administrative Officer role is now available to join the busy and vital workshop team at FRV's Thornbury location.
As an experienced office team member, you will support internal and external key stakeholders with their day-to-day needs, inquiries and requests striving to provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
Having worked in a busy environment previously (a fleet management environment would be beneficial, but not mandatory) you know how manage your workload and are able to work to deadlines and maintain the highest level of attention to detail and efficiency. You are technically competent and are able to use the full MS Office suite and SAP you will be guided by a supportive team and help from the benefits of an excellent handover.

About the Role
As the Service Desk Analyst your primary focus is to:
- Provide Service Desk support functions including recording, classification, impact assessment, prioritisation, escalation and assignment of work, within defined time frames
- Ensure incidents and issues that have the potential to affect Emergency Response capabilities or Health & Safety are recorded, prioritised, escalated and monitored until completion
- Provide quality customer service and administrative support such as procurement, time sheet entry and reporting to supported business units
About You
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Year 12 or equivalent
- SAP Plant Maintenance experience is desirable
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (includes Word, Outlook, Excel) - Previous work experience in a fleet maintenance related administration role would be advantageous

FRV’s standard practice is to appoint at the base of the salary range, however consideration will be given to an above base salary within the advertised range based on the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
