We're currently seeking to appoint a full-time Administration Officerto join our Long Haul team, based out of our Kewdale site. We are looking for a highly organized person who will play a significant role in supporting the Long Haul Operations Manger and supervisors, and will be responsible for customer service, as well as general administration duties.
About the role:
- Assist with the administration associated with drivers’ timesheets, including data entry and record keeping.
- Assist in maintaining databases and spreadsheets in relation to transport requirements.
- Provide support to the Fleet Scheduler.
- Assist with accounts and generating invoices.
- Assist in systems operations.
- Maintenance and data entry of driver compliance.
- Management of the transport system Bustle, ensuring adherence to app usage and Business KPIs.
About you:
- 1+ years administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Competence with using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to pick up and understand new systems quickly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to organize and priorities tasks, problem solve, and ask questions when needing further clarification
