ABOUT THE ROLE:
Complete Response Electrical is now seeking a motivated Administration officer to join our team. As a key member of the team, the successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our Brisbane office.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the successful applicant your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to, the following:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision and as part of a team,
- Communicating with other staff, clients, both written and verbal,
- Monitoring and directing emails to regional supervisor or management,
- Answer company phone and directing calls to regional supervisor or management,
- Creating and updating jobs in our job management program (Prime Eco-system),
- Coordinate invoicing and subcontractors billing with accounts department,
- Assist regional supervisors on scheduling jobs and update calendar,
- Tracking the movement of inventory.
About You:
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment,
- Organisational and time management skills,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Sound computer skills - Experience with Prime Eco-system preferable but not essential as individual training will be provided,
- Excellent problem-solving skills,
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and be accurate when processing high volumes of data and information,
- Hold a QLD drivers' licence,
- Full Australian work rights.
