About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer/Receptionist to support our Family Spirit office based in Bankstown. In this role you will welcome our visitors and provide high-level efficient, confidential, and comprehensive administrative support to our specialist teams. You will be responsible for:
• Meeting and greeting all internal and external guests at reception along with day to day reception duties, including responding to phone calls and emails
• Preparing and circulating newsletters and internal communications
• General office maintenance and housekeeping,
• Providing administrative support to the CEO and other staff as needed
• Ordering office supplies and stationary.
About you
• Relevant business administration experience
• Demonstrated organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office, internet, database applications and the ability and proficiency to learn other systems
• Demonstrated ability to deal with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
• Current Working with Children Check clearance.
