AddressTVH are looking for local based regional Administration and Operational Support admin to join our NSW/ACT team.
This position is available for immediate start, service administration experience preferred. You need to have a willingness to learn, an eye for detail and a commitment to reliability.
This position is based locally in Canberra and will work with our local management and operations teams. We will require successful applicants to travel to Sydney (all expenses paid) for 2 weeks of training with our NSW/ACT administration team as part of onboarding.
This position is a WFH position until a local office is secured where you will be required to attend the office a minimum of 4 days a week.

About the Role:
NOTE: The successful candidate will be employed under the Clerks Private Sector Award.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the National/State Operational Team with the below, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Creating Customer Orders/Jobs
- Creating of Supplier Purchase Orders
- Closing out of Jobs
- Following up of Suppliers for Close Out of Invoices for End of Month
- End of Month Close Out
- Providing assistance to your dedicated operations team/s and managers
About You:
- Energetic with a willingness to learn
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Time management skills
- Some Microsoft skills
- Ability to work in a Team Environment
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday – Friday
