The Opportunity:
We are expanding and currently seeking a full-time, organised, and customer service-oriented individual to join our Wealth Management team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional service, assisting clients, and supporting the Wealth team. To further enhance your skills, we offer support for undertaking a Certificate III in Business Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Welcoming clients at reception
- Data entry
- Scanning and E-Filing
- Managing ingoing and outgoing mail
- Assisting with client appointments
- General administration tasks
About You:
We are looking for a motivated team player with excellent communication skills, strong organisational and time management abilities, and some experience with Microsoft Office products. If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy working in a team, and meet the essential criteria listed below, we encourage you to apply.
Essential Criteria:
- Current NSW driver’s licence
- Completed Year 12 schooling
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
