The Opportunity:
We are seeking a fast, strategic thinking & energetic Administration Support Officer, to drive growth and efficiencies in our ever growing business.
If you are a motivated professional Administrator and perhaps have a passion for the Pest and Construction industry, this opportunity may be for you!
You will report directly to the Managing Director and demonstrate the ability to work within a team environment or autonomously if needed and manage your time effectively in a wonderful team environment.
The Role:
• Answer all inbound calls within our administrative team
• Answer all emails, work orders and potential jobs from all advertising streams
• Organise and produce daily work/run schedules for technicians which optimizes the efficient delivery of services to our customers
• Ensuring that effective and efficient runs are scheduled ready for technician action.
• Create Warranty documents and deliver a timely service
• Update and maintain client records when required
• Provide assistance to prepare and forward quotes to clients
• Liaise and develop relationships with existing builders and commercial clientele
• Assist with sales as required to meet and exceed business targets
• General admin duties
Requirements:
• Previous experience within an Administrative role preferred and within the Pest Industry highly regarded, but not essential
• Knowledge of cloud based databases an advantage.
• Ability to work within a team but also be able to work autonomously when needed
• High level of organisational and time management skills
• Good problem solving & decision-making skills.
• Be available for a Full-time position of 40 hours per week
