An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and customer-focused part-time (25 - 30 hours per week) permanent Receptionist to join our team based in Bendigo.
The successful individual will display strong attributes in receptionist skills and will be experienced in a similar role. They will meet and greet visitors, respond, and transfer incoming calls, taking messages, and provide to relevant personnel. As the receptionist, they will also be delegated administrative duties to assist overflow of works, and support various business areas as required.
Working hours are open to be negotiated with the right candidate.
Our ideal candidate will display:
- A warm and friendly demeanor.
- Computer literate: use of MS word, excel, outlook and SharePoint will be beneficial.
- Exceptional communication, both verbally and written.
- Superior time management and organisation skills.
- Have an excellent eye for detail.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
