The OrganisationOur client is the provider of emergency services throughout Victoria. They provide pre-hospital treatment and ambulance transport for people in urgent medical emergencies.
The roleThis role is sorting, preparing, scanning and entering meta data for the Patient Care Records that have been received.
Responsibilities- Organise incoming paper Patient Care Records according to guidelines.
- Ensure all paper PCRs are properly aligned, ready for scanning and data entry.
- Utilise scanning equipment to digitise paper PCRs accurately and efficiently, maintaining high-quality images for further processing.
- Enter relevant metadata from scanned PCRs into database.
Skills and Experience- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with relevant software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to prioritse tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
