Administration Specialist / Operations Officer
TAMEX currently has the opportunity available for an Administration Specialist / Operations Officer to join our Newcastle team.
- Flexible Hours – 20 – 38 hours per week.
- Immediate start based in Beresfield.
- Be part of a fast paced and friendly workplace.
About the Role
You will be part of a small team and work closely with our Regional Manager to complete administration tasks in a timely and organised manner.
This role requires an understanding of our business operations and systems and interacts with staff in other branches. We are a customer focussed organisation who work as a team to ensure exceptional service is provided at every level.
Role Requirements:
- Administration experience essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Great time management / organisational skills.
- Must be a self-starter and have an eye for detail.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook / Teams / Excel & Word)
