About the Role:
A very exciting opportunity has opened to join the Synergy team in an Administration Support role. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our successful team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collation of out for signature documents
- Corporate Compliance for client companies
- Maintaining client database for new and current clients
- Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies as required
- General administrative duties as required including answering and directing calls and greeting clients
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience within a similar role
- Strong technical and soft skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
