Administration Assistant
- Part-time role, 3 days per week.
The NMHPA provides a broad range of sensitive health and wellbeing support to nurses, midwives and students that is free, confidential and independent. We offer care and support in a welcoming, compassionate and non-judgmental environment where nurses, midwives and students have a safe place to connect and heal. Our services are offered on a national basis through a telehealth service where qualified and experienced team members provide consultations when and where needed.
We are seeking an experienced administrator to ensure the office’s day-to-day activities are coordinated effectively and efficiently. This may include meeting our clients and stakeholders, answering phones, administration, making travel arrangements as well as organising meetings. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and be able to use the MS Office suite.
The responsibilities in this key role include:
Effectively deliver Administration Support including answering phones, travel arrangements and meeting preparation.
Prepare and coordinate key meetings including the preparation of meeting papers and minutes.
Coordinate reports and other correspondence to support the senior leaders.
To be successful in the role, you will have the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a health environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills.
- High standards of professional integrity including the ability to be discreet.
- Ability to respond to a range of demands and challenges in a flexible manner.
