OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for Administration Support Officer to join the team in Melbourne. This rare opportunity will be based in our St Kilda Road office and offers flexibility with hybrid working arrangements.
The primary function of the Administration Support Officer is to provide operational and administrative support to the Technical, Training and OEM Manager. Allowing the teams the ability to reduce workload and focus on core duties, while, driving optimal customer and commercial outcomes.
Role responsibilities
- Provide Administration Support to the Technical, Training and OEM Manager
- Manage the administration processes to maintain, monitor and encourage iCar accreditation for team members and sites
- Ensure all iCar accreditation records current and maintained
- Manage the ‘Power to Platinum’ internal team member recognition program for achieving and maintaining iCar accreditation
- Support the Technical and Training Manager to co-ordinate OEM site audits and track and follow up actions
- Provide support as required on other processes, particularly training administration
- Other ad hoc duties as required
