To respond to general customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information and assistance to clients and staff to facilitate service delivery within the Hospital environment.

About the Role
Contribute to development of databases and spreadsheets, and conduct audits, complete data entry, and maintain accuracy and integrity of information in databases and produce and action reports when requested.
