Our services include general practice (GP); nursing; allied health; dental; counselling and psychology; gambling support; alcohol and drug treatment; migrant and refugee settlement services; social connection; carer support services and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in partnership with the NDIA.What you’ll be doing in this role?This role is supported by the Team Leads Allied Health and Nurse Coordinators and reports to the Manager of Integrated Primary Health Services. The incumbent will undertake administrative duties across the IPHS service specific to Allied Health, Chronic Disease Management (CDM), Nursing, client appointments and waitlist management, GP clinic clerical work and reporting to support the IPHS team achieve KPI’s and efficient service delivery for clients.Your work will include:Provide administrative support to all IPHS central teams including, but not limited to coordination of staff and site rosters, client referrals and effective appointments management for the Allied Health, CDM and Nursing programs in client databases such as TCM and Best practice.Assist the team with room bookings, fleet bookings and book venues as required.=Together with other administration staff ensure that all clinical appointments are fully utilised and clients receive a timely service, demonstrating a high level solution focus and communicating this in a timely manner to support a positive client experience.What we’re looking for: A current Victorian Drivers LicenceCertificate 3 in administration or equivalent experience in Healthcare Administration (Desirable)What’s in it for you?
