Job Duties:
- To support the delivery of quality financial management services for the division.
- Provide administration tasks efficiently to support the delivery of services to the customers.
- Answering customer telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Process information and maintain.
- Data entry and filing.
- Processing documents and forms as required.
- Prepare documentation and present information to support the internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with other business units to arrange meetings and manage business information flow
