About the role
Mater has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Support Officer to provide administrative support to the Executive Director Performance and Planning and the wider Revenue Strategy team. This position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis located between our Newstead and South Brisbane campuses. There is an opportunity to work from home one day per week.
Salary range: $36.51- $40.81 (MCA3) per hour plus superannuation and access to generous salary packaging up to $15,900
What you’ll be doing
Supporting the wider Revenue Strategy team which includes; the Revenue Assurance Team, the Billing Team and the Coding team your duties will include:
- Manage the travel arrangements for the team
- Manage the diary of the Executive Director Performance and Planning and offer general administrative support to the broader Revenue Strategy Team
- Uploading data extracts into the central reporting repository and carry out basic quality control checks
- Provide Contract support
- CROP data management
- HCP extraction for Health Funds
- HCP data reconciliation
- Facilitating the prostheses list update by consolidating suppliers responses/updates
- Other duties as directed by the Director of Revenue Strategy
About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Highly experienced in providing hospital Administration Support would be a great advantage
- Excellent data entry skills and experience or aptitude in database use
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities from multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills
