We are a fast-growing Aggregation Business located in Sydney CBD who boast an experienced and welcoming team. The business has been established for over 20 years and are very highly regarded in the industry amongst mortgage brokers around Australia. We are looking for an Administration Support person to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
You’ll be responsible for
- Providing Administration Support to help mortgage brokers join our group.
- Ensuring brokers maintain their industry memberships and accreditations.
- Gathering and processing documentation and uploading to our database
- Managing lender accreditations for mortgage brokers in our group
You will possess the following skills
- Prior experience in administration
- Excellent typing skills
- Exceptional organisational and prioritising skills
- Ability to pick up systems and navigate databases
- A confident and engaging communication style, able to talk professionally to clients
- Interested in building a career in the industry, or further current experience
