Knight Frank Cairns (commercial real estate) is looking to recruit a business Administration Trainee to join our team. Initially, you will be working under close direction using established practices, procedures and instructions.
We are looking for a candidate who is wanting to gain practical on the job experience, whilst receiving extensive training from a friendly and knowledgeable team and a Certificate III in Business.

About the Opportunity
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Reception duties and various secretarial and administration tasks
Uploading real estate listings to website
Meeting and greeting clients into the office providing first class customer service
Printing and scanning documents
Distribute and store correspondence
The successful candidate will:
Have a friendly personality
Be reliable and punctual
Have a great attitude towards new challenges and professional development
Have good computer skills
Show a high attention to detail with great grammar and spelling
Have strong organisational skills
