THE POSITION:
As the Administration Clerk - Warranty you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate costing and processing of manufacturer warranty claims, warranty parts storage and confirmation.
The Role will include:
- Assessing vehicle eligibility for warranty work.
- Liaising with workshop staff on warranty related issues and queries.
- Maintaining an up to date and accurate warranty claim ledger.
- Checking all repair orders have been signed and recorded accurately.
- Maintaining storage of warranty parts in line with distributor guidelines.
- Liaise and communicate with manufacturers.
- Submit timely and accurate warranty claims.
Required skills:
- Developed knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Highly motivated.
- Customer service focused.
- Proven skills and accuracy with figures.
