GCE Contractors is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a strong focus on attention to detail to join our team at our Hendra office as an Administration Assistant.
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the organisation, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organising meetings
• Assisting with HR employee on boarding and inductions.
• Assisting with scheduling of daily hire of various equipment and personal.
• Being the first point of contact for the office, including greeting clients, answering the phone, and taking messages
• Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and organising office supplies, etc.
What we are looking for
• Previous experience in an administration or admin/accounts role. Experience in a Civil Construction or similar is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Solid organisational and time management skills
• Good keyboarding and PC literacy skills, particularly Excel
• A strong team orientation and the ability to work collaboratively
• Someone who takes initiative and has a positive approach
• Current open car licence. Our office is not suitable for people using public transport.
