This position provides a great starting point for someone wishing to pursue a career as a legal administration assistant/legal secretary.
This busy role will see you providing valuable support across the firm by performing various duties This could include the following:
- Scanning and copying documents
- Preparing new client files
- Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
- Filing correspondence and documents in our electronic and physical file
- Closing and archiving files
- Preparing and editing documents and correspondence
- Preparing invoices
- Ad-hoc administration duties
- Telephone coverage
