FT Group is a privately owned, Brisbane based, electrical and air conditioning company, specialising in residential and commercial fit outs, as well as all service work across Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.
We are seeking a full-time Administration Assistant to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities
- Handling client enquiries via telephone and email
- Communicating with builders and site supervisors
- Scheduling jobs for both domestic and commercial clients
- Reviewing technician notes and actioning accordingly
- Managing all technician paperwork and plans
- Job invoicing
- Assistance with quote preparation
- Ordering parts and equipment, and stock control
- Lodging warranty claims for clients
- Resolving complaints
- Job audits
- Scheduling Apprentice TAFE Bookings etc
- General office and administrative duties as required

Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous service industry experience essential
- Experience with Microsoft Office essential
