Administrative Assistant

We are offering a part-time position as Front Desk Administrator at Gracie Barra Nowra. The Front Desk Administrator is a key person for our school. He/she is responsible for servicing Gracie Barra Students and prospects with professionalism, excitement and reinforcing the values of our brand and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through several different tasks and processes related to enrolment, customer service, social media, etc. 

The working hours are: Monday to Friday from 3pm to 8pm.

Some tasks and Processes:

ð  Call leads to book intro classes (be professional, polite and energetic on the phone)

ð  Greet leads upon arrival at the school and prepare them for the intro class

ð  Sign up leads after the intro class (be able to sell and deal with objections – training will be provided)

ð  Follow up with intro classes, non attendance and pending enrolments

ð  Be friendly and energetic with our members, always ready to resolve their queries

ð  Sell and organise the inventory of our SHOP (GB Wear), such as kimonos, etc

ð  Have good English (both speaking and writing)

ð  Have computer and social media skills

ð  Be organised, attentive to details and friendly
