We are an industry-recognised, award-winning specialist legal recruitment company, who are seeking a talented individual to join our growing team as a Recruitment Administrator.
Our ideal candidate will work in a job-share arrangement, supported by our Candidate Managers, as well as 4 Recruitment Consultants specialising in Legal Recruitment.
As a Recruitment Administrator and Candidate Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment business.
You'll have the opportunity to engage with candidates, manage the recruitment process, and contribute to the success of our clients.
Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, assist in screening candidates, building relationships, and assisting in various aspects of the recruitment process including organising interviews and conducting references

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews and engage with candidates and clients
- Prepare job descriptions and conduct reference checks
- Provide administrative support to the business
- Maintain and manage our extensive database
- Conduct initial interviews and screening
- Assist in writing job briefs and advertisements
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Coordinate third-party testing when necessary
- Undertake ad hoc tasks to ensure timely completion of recruitment
- Assist in sourcing, managing, and placing Lawyers, from Associate level through to Partner / General Counsel appointments
- Any demonstrated Law industry knowledge will be highly regarded
- Any demonstrated recruitment industry or talent acquisition experience will be highly regarded
- A minimum of 1 year of prior exposure to a corporate environment, and an understanding of corporate and professional conduct
- Proficiency in, or be willing to learn GSuite products, Dropbox, Apple and Microsoft programs, and LinkedIn products
- Excellent attention to detail and proactive thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Diary management, and the ability to cope with high paced scheduling needs
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative
