The Position
St John of God Bunbury Hospital located in the south west of Western Australia, is regarded as one of the finest private hospitals outside the metropolitan area.
With 145 beds and more than 330 highly qualified medical practitioners, our health care facility caters for a variety of medical and surgical admissions, palliative care, maternity services, plus allied health and community-based services.
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated administrator to join friendly and supportive Allied Health Team as an Administrative Assistant.
Whilst working in this rewarding role you will provide administration support services to the Service Development Allied Health Team. Applications that demonstrate Webpas system experience will be looked upon favourably.
This position is being offered on a permanent full time basis working 76 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE).
The successful candidate will meet these essential requirements:
- Ability to work within and contribute to the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Demonstrated administrative, reception and accounts payable experience.
- Sound written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
- Well-developed skills in completing day to day work and other assignments effectively with minimal direction and supervision.
- Prior experience in a health or human service agency.
