Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated and versatile Administrative Assistant & Copywriter to join their Australian real estate company. This unique role combines administrative support duties with copywriting responsibilities, offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to contribute to their team.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Assistant:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence using Gmail & Monday.com
  • Assist with document preparation, editing, and formatting.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, utilizing tools such as Dropbox for document storage.
  • Stand in for General Manager when they are absent.
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
Copywriter:
  • Utilise the content provided by the team to produce multiple property descriptions every week.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Create original property descriptions to appear on the realestate.com website.
  • Utilise AI to support the templating of property descriptions and stay on brand.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative support and/or copywriting roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com for task management and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Dropbox for document storage and file sharing.
  • Working knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software for basic financial tasks.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced Real Estate industry.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
