We’re seeking the services of an Administrative Assistant to work closely with our Head of Administration/Marketing Manager.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, personal drive & have a strong history of organisation.
Applicant must haves:
• quick learner
• reliability + trustworthiness
• strong organisational skills
• problem solving skills
• neat and tidy personal presentation
• exceptional attention to detail
• own their own vehicle & hold a current drivers license
• proficient in basic computer skills
*Experience with Xero not essential however beneficial
A brief of what will your day look like:
• data entry and daily reconciliation of sales
• mathematical calculations with use of calculator
• social media post scheduling
• potential of payroll actions
• organising monthly statements
• assisting with registrations of Personal Water Crafts
• assisting with banking duties
Our ideal candidate will have a strong “can-do” attitude and be ready to hit the ground running with busy 9am - 5pm days.
- 2 days per week during our off season (April-August)
- 3 days per week in our peak season (Sept-March)
