Melville Motors is seeking an Administrative Assistant (Office allrounder) to join our friendly team.
This role includes but is not limited to:
- Daily banking and weekly mail.
- Stationery Ordering.
- Answering Telephone calls.
- Assisting the other team members with various tasks as required.
- General administration duties including the input of various accounts and processing claims and bonuses.
- Banking and mail.
- Other ad hoc tasks.
- Era (Pentana) experience welcome.
- Licencing Vehicles.
To be successful in the position you will need to have the following:
- Well-presented and mannered.
- Basic Accounting Skills.
- Accurate data entry.
- Good computer skills.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook and Excel).
- Disciplined approach to processes.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
- Driven to succeed and ability to use initiative.
- Communication skills are vital.
