Seeking an administrative professionals with two years of experience, available immediately for a temporary contract role!
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Southern Suburbs - (paid parking available, or public transport)
Employment Type: Temporary, full-time
Duration: 5 months
Commencement: ASAP
Hourly Rate: $38 + Super
Responsibilities:
Provide confidential administrative support to the Director, including document preparation, formatting, and editing for presentations and deliverables.
Coordinate team documents and liaise with key stakeholders.
Manage the Director's schedule, meetings, and inbox.
Facilitate incoming and outgoing communication and handle newsletter announcements.
Collaborate with relevant service providers and maintain regular follow-ups on various matters.
Administer databases and registers, including data input and report generation.
Address conflict of interest and gift declaration queries based on the Director's guidance.
Perform general administration tasks such as credit card reconciliation, purchase orders, payments, and intranet updates.
Key Requirements:
Two years of administration experience, specifically in tasks like meeting scheduling, report generation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
Reliability, diligence, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions.
Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong time and workload management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using technology and software applications, especially the MS Office Suite.
