As an Administration Assistant at Kalis, you'll play a crucial role in data management, reporting, and payroll, while also serving as the first point for our head office team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities to support our vision of delivering "Exceptional experiences, every time".
You will…
- Manage data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records across various systems.
- Generate and compile reports to support decision-making processes for management.
- Assist with payroll processing and enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Work between 20 -30 hours per week - when and what that looks like will be discussed at interview stage.
Do you have…
- A key eye for detail and accuracy,
- An eye for creating clear, informative reports that tell a story with numbers
- Knowledge of payroll processes. (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills.
