Seeking a warm and friendly Reception and Administration Assistant to join our Hobart team. This role is interesting and varied and can lead you on a path to a rewarding career with training in owner's corporation management if desired.
Initially a 12-month maternity leave contract, we do envision this role becoming permanent.
The role.…- General reception duties including phone & email enquiries
- Assist Strata Manager with organising property maintenance & repairs
- General administration tasks as required
- Data entry, filing, accounts payable, preparing memos & letters
- Experienced in reception and/or administration ideal but not essential
- Demonstrate excellent customer service
- Professional & pleasant phone manner essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal & written communication
- Strong computer skills with ability to learn new systems and software
- General understanding of Strata Management, desirable!
