Eligibility: Open to EveryoneLocation: Turretfield Research Centre, Rosedale, SAThe OpportunityWe have an opportunity for an Administrative & Contracts Support Officer to be part of our SARDI & Major Programs Division within the Department of Primary Industries and Regions.The primary purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive administrative, contract, and financial support to the Livestock Sciences, Food Sciences, and Research Farm staff.This includes processing invoices and raising purchase orders through Basware NG, generating invoices through SIS, monitoring contracts and project milestones through Minuet, managing physical and electronic documents via Objective, preparing agendas and minutes for WHS and various staff meetings, providing WHS support for Turretfield Research Centre, managing vehicle log sheets and fuel usage, and performing general administrative and housekeeping tasks for research and farm staff.These tasks include ordering stationery and office supplies, collecting and distributing mail and courier deliveries, managing the switchboard and email enquiries, and performing general reception duties.The Administrative & Contracts Support Officer is responsible for ensuring that administrative services are managed efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional environment.About UsSouth Australia is internationally recognised for the quality of its agriculture, food, and wine.
