City based para legal office requires an Administration Officer.
We are looking for someone to join our team based in our Melbourne CBD office. This is a full time role with a defined pathway to progression. Hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
This is a ‘hands on’ role working in a fast paced office environment. Duties include data entry, checking affidavits, report writing, preparing tax invoices, answering telephones, liaising with clients and sub-contractors.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate should have the demonstrated capacity, skills and experience in the following aspects:
- Minimum 2 years administration experience
- Microsoft Office experience plus any in-house computer system would be highly regarded
- Experience in training and mentoring
- Exceptional client service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Excellent Diary management skills
- Experience of the court systems, litigation process and procedures would be highly regarded.
