Administrative Officer - Colombo
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Coordinate office procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree related to Business administration or related area
- Previous Experience in Similar Capacity will be an added advantage.
- Age Below 30 Years
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Should possess adequate Computer literacy in accordance to the position.
- Ability to work on weekends.
