Your new team
Real Therapy Solutions is a supportive multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners providing a holistic therapy service across multiple clinics.
With four large multidisciplinary clinics plus a Head Office location and a team of over 60 staff, we offer a flexible and fun work environment that gives you the tools and support you need to be your best and grow.
This position is located in our Head Office at Figtree (Wollongong) where you will be providing information and support to potential clients, their families and representatives to move them through the enquiry and intake process to service delivery.
Supported by our Client Services Manager and General Manager and working in our administrative team you will be well supported to learn the new systems and processes.
Your role will involve responding to emails and taking phone calls to assist our potential clients in understanding our services and completing the required paperwork to access our supports.

- Ability to problem solve with strong organisational skills.
- Compassion and empathy are required in this role along with a willingness to learn.
Desirable criteria:
- Experience in the NDIS sector in intake or related area is highly beneficial
