Your Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone calls and assist with client enquiries.
- Process material orders and manage invoice payments.
- Record data accurately for estimating and tendering processes.
- Liaise with clients to obtain project-specific information and maintain written records of agreed terms and conditions.
- Read construction plans and schedule jobs accordingly.
- Issue invoices to clients and follow up on payments.
- Complete compliance certificates.
- Maintain filing and general record-keeping.
- Assist the director and other managers in implementing various strategies and ensuring timely updates on progress.
- Provide general administrative assistance as required.
The Requirements:
- 2 years of administration or similar experience is advantageous.
- Fluent Mandarin is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Proven intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Friendly personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Living close to Sydney North is advantageous.
