Don Watson Transport is family owned andoperated and is one of Australia's leading refrigerated logistics companiesoffering a diverse range of transport and refrigerated storage solutions. We are currently seeking to engagea diligent and conscientious individual to provide support to the Administration Team. This role provides general coverage across the department and therefore taskswill vary from week to week.
- Where: Bacchus Marsh
- Hours of Work: 38 hours per week(7am or 8am start)
- Circa$32 per hour – casual rate
Overviewof Main Responsibilities.
- Administrative tasks associated with the preparation of customer invoices including checking driver worksheets and associated paperwork (connotes and pallet dockets)
- Entering Consignment Notes
- Scanning and filing PODs
- Responding to customer POD queries
- Sorting and collating driver worksheets
- Archiving records
- Assist with the review of subcontractor invoices and associated documentation
- Other general administration including of data entry, answering phones, filing etc.
Skills,Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience in Transport industry would be highly regarded
- Accuracy and timeliness of data input
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility and aptitude to adapt to changing workloads and varying operational pressures.
